An out of date component error may appear and cause the application to
terminate before getting to the main menu.
- Have other users been able to successfully install the Flow Consultant
on their desktop?
- Did you install the Flow Consultant from our installation CD?
- Did you install the Flow Consultant from a network directory where our
CD was copied?
- Did your technical support department prepare an unattended
installation script for you?
- Did you receive any messages during installation of the Flow
Consultant that asked if you wanted to overwrite COMDLG32.OCX with a newer
version (YES NO CANCEL) ?
- Did you receive any messages during installation of the Flow
Consultant that stated COMDLG32.OCX was in use and could not be
overwritten
or the message may have stated 'Access Denied COMDLG32.OCX'
- Did you reboot your pc before you installed the Flow Consultant?
