After downloading dbe.exe, double click on dbe.exe. The password
is located in the email sent by
technical support. Three (3) files are contained in dbe.exe
- DBExtr.exe, DBExtr.mdb and DBExtr.mdw. It is essential for
application operation that these 3 files are located in the same
directory.
The files will default to the location
C:\Windows\Temp to
extract the setup kit to. Modify C:\Windows\Temp to
the location where you would like to install The Data Exporter.
It is recommended that the Data Exporter be installed in the same
directory with
The FLOW CONSULTANT ™.
Launch The Data Exporter either from
either a desktop icon or from the Flow Consultant

Back Up Files
Before the Export is performed, a backup is made of the original
Export Database. This file will have the same name as the
Export Database and the additional extension .bak. In the event
of damage to the database, remove the .bak from this file to restore your
original export database.
DBExtr.mdb.bak is a back up of your export specifications.
This back up is created when the Data Exporter is launched. If a
specification has been changed in error, DBExtr.mdb.bak can be
renamed as DBExtr.mdb to restore the original specification.
